'Axis Natura' brings together three new artists of Contour Gallery, whose practices explore the intersections of nature, memory, and material. Kantanen, a leading voice in contemporary photography, creates poetic landscapes that merge painterly traditions with digital experimentation, evoking fragility and contemplation. Dalmau expands painting into sculptural form, his Evolution series mapping memory and transformation through hybrid wall-based works. Mertens, working in ceramics, explores the tactile dialogue between organic and geometric forms, soft and hard textures, natural and industrial matter. Together, their works offer a meditation on the shifting balance between human perception and the natural world.
