Atelier Willem van Hest

Atelier Willem van Hest opent de deuren tijdens Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend 2026 (locatie 40 op de routekaart, Rotterdam Oost). De ateliers zijn open op za 19 sep en zo 20 sep van 12.00 tot 18.00 uur. Toegang is gratis met een via GRAW gereserveerd ticket; een vrijwillige bijdrage gaat naar de makers.

In Kralingen, five art locations can be visited within walking distance of one another. Walk from Oostzeedijk to the studios on Lambertusstraat and make sure to come to Annastraat.

At Marita Beukers, on the corner with Lambertusstraat, you can see photography, photo collages and paintings by Marita Beukers, alongside objects by Yvon Koopman and jewellery by Maaike van Vugt-Schrijver.

At Annastraat 10, Willem van Hest’s studio opens its doors. Ron Blom presents works exploring slowness and liminal space, while Francisca Henneman shows objects and jewellery made from industrial rubber. Willem van Hest presents drawings, prints, printed matter and paintings about Rotterdam, nature, travel and the human experience.
