The Beginning 2026

The Beginning is the annual graduation show of the Maastricht Institute of Arts (part of Zuyd) together with the Architecture Academy Maastricht. Marking not just the end of study but the start of a new phase, the show asks where one begins when taking a new step. Work spans installation, painting, performance, video, photography, graphic design, illustration, sound art and architectural and theoretical reflection.
