The Ace Project
The Ace Project
The Ace Project opens its doors for Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend 2026 (location 34 on the route map, Rotterdam North). Studios are open Sat 19 Sept and Sun 20 Sept, 12:00 to 18:00. Entry is free with a ticket reserved through GRAW; a voluntary contribution goes to the makers.
The Ace Project is a creative gallery space where analogue photography, conceptual image-making, and collaboration come together. Our work explores experimental techniques such as long exposure and double exposure, landscape photography, and projects that place the body and identity at their core. Art and documentation intentionally merge throughout our practice.
The space functions as a studio, workshop, and exhibition venue. Here, we develop new bodies of work and present a carefully curated selection of ongoing and completed projects. The Ace Project is dedicated to analogue photography, a distinctive visual language, and long-term artistic practices with a clear signature.
In addition, we provide a platform for other artists through monthly exhibitions and collaborations, bringing together individual practices within a shared curatorial vision.
