Eromheen

Next month, Kinke Kooi’s solo exhibition Eromheen opens at ROZENSTRAAT

Join us for the festive opening on Friday, 20 November, from 5–7 pm, during Amsterdam Week.

Kinke will transform ROZENSTRAAT’s exhibition space into an immersive, total installation, bringing together new and existing works.

We look forward to welcoming you!

Kinke Kooi’s work speaks not only to the eye, but also engages the senses and the bodily experience of space. Ornaments, colours, soft materials and forms unfold as a sensory world in which the boundaries between artwork, space and body dissolve, making room for enclosed, intimate inner worlds.

Kooi invites visitors not only to relate to her images, but to enter them, as it were: to open themselves up to another way of looking, feeling and experiencing, one that seeks a profound understanding of the other
