Performance: De diepe duisternis by patricia kaersenhout, Dwight Fransman & Vernon Chatlein

For the opening weekend of Poetic Justice and as part of the Amsterdam Art Week programme, patricia kaersenhout will present an interactive performance alongside Winti priest Dwight Fransman and musician Vernon Chatlein.

“During this interactive session, we will step away from theory and physically immerse ourselves in history. Taking inspiration from the layers of time in the exhibition, we will use a sensory compass to guide us through our own bodies. We will expand our perspective to span centuries and explore our place in this ongoing narrative.”

The performance will take place on Friday 20 November, starting at 4.30 pm. The performance will begin at 5 pm and take an hour.
