Sporen van het Ongeziene

Sporen van het Ongeziene (Traces of the Unseen) brings together two photographers at Het Robson in Enschede. In his series Sluier, Roel van den Broek photographs decaying farm buildings at night until they take on a mysterious quality, as if something unseen were present inside them. Jarmo Willering's series Among the Dead and Dying looks closely at the quiet traces that life, decay and disappearance leave behind.

Both bodies of work circle uncertainty and transience, and leave it to the viewer to decide what they see. A playlist made for the show accompanies the exhibition.
