Zorgsporen
Zorgsporen
Caring for another. For a child, a parent, a neighbour, a friend. It is an everyday reality, but what does it truly do to us? And how does it shape the way we look, work, and create?
For Zorgsporen, Kunstliefde organised its very first Artist in Residency. Over the course of two weeks, eight artists engaged with their own lived experiences of care. What happens to your gaze, your material, and your way of working when caring is an integral part of daily life?
For two weeks, they created, experimented, conversed, and explored together. Drawing on, among other things, a quilting workshop, dialogues on ritual, and an exploration of performance, new works emerged.
From 6 to 13 September, the results are on view at Kunstliefde.
**Participating artists:
**Eveline Braak, Kim van Erven, Shardenia Felicia, Marije Gertenbach, Marius van de Goor, Marije Hellwich, Mats Horbach, and Melanie Ouwehand.
Organisation:Zorgsporen is a collaboration between Kunstliefde and M.A.R.S.
