Tramhuis opens its doors for Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend 2026 (location 65 on the route map, Rotterdam South). Studios are open Sat 19 Sept and Sun 20 Sept, 12:00 to 18:00. Entry is free with a ticket reserved through GRAW; a voluntary contribution goes to the makers.
In 1904, the RTM (Rotterdamsche Tramweg Maatschappij) opened this terminus station of the steam tram connecting Rotterdam to the islands of Zuid Holland and Zeeland. The ‘killer tram’ (het moordenaartje) was discontinued around 1967. The building currently houses art and healthcare facilities.
During the GRAW, three artists present a diversity of artistic expressions: digital art, mixed media, ceramics, and painting.”
